Establish controls and instructions, and lead and direct non-commissioned officers and security soldiers within the limits of authority; To carry out actions that contribute to enhancing security at all political, economic, social and technical levels, controlling internal security and stability, combating terrorism and extremism, and protecting religious sanctities and rituals.
