Project to amend the Labor Law Implementing Regulations

Following the Council of Ministers' approval of amendments to the Saudi Labor Law (Royal Decree No. 44, dated 08/02/1446 AH), the Ministry of Human Resources is updating the implementing regulations to align with these changes. The revisions aim to stabilize contractual relationships, promote a competitive work environment, support employee training and development, and enhance benefits for women. Aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, these updates seek to foster economic growth, improve living conditions for expatriates, and attract global talent. The project will amend the implementing regulations originally issued by Ministerial Decision No. 70273 on 11/04/1440 AH.
