Steps
1. Completing the data required for the complainant (contract - national identity - contact numbers)
2. Verifying the data of the recruitment office / company.
3. Visit the competent labor office within 72 hours and appear before the committee on the dates it sets to consider the claim submitted against him.
4. In the event that the complaint was submitted against a public services office, the recruitment office that authorized the visa is verified through the Enjaz website and the complaint is submitted to the court.
