
Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development Highlights 2024 Achievements of "Musaned" Platform

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has highlighted the key achievements of the "Musaned" platform during 2024, which contributed to the development and improvement of the domestic labor recruitment sector, achieving numerous positive indicators that reflected on beneficiaries, both employers and support workers.
The platform witnessed the launch of more than 25 new services, in addition to achieving first place in the Kingdom in the Beneficiary Satisfaction Index for 2024, issued by the Digital Government Authority. The Ministry's efforts also contributed to reducing recruitment costs, reflecting its commitment to developing the support labor sector in the Kingdom.
The platform recorded significant progress in digital and technical performance, achieving a satisfaction rate of 95.86%, leading the Beneficiary Satisfaction Index among 39 other platforms, according to the results of the Digital Experience Maturity Measurement cycle conducted by the Digital Government Authority. More than 15 existing digital services were also developed and improved, which helped simplify procedures and improve service efficiency.
As part of enhancing technical integration, new wage transfer channels were added, such as Inma Pay, Enjaz Wallet, Mobily Pay, and Neo Wallet, to provide reliable and multiple payment options that suit users' needs.
The platform recorded record numbers in the number of contracts and uploaded CVs, with the number of new contracts reaching 852,660 contracts, while the number of CVs for support workers reached 1,214,259 CVs. The number of interacting employers on the platform exceeded 4,048,420 users, while the number of beneficiaries of the insurance service reached 662,700 beneficiaries from employers and support workers.
Within the framework of developing the external recruitment journey, employment and training were governed, where all contracts signed for recruited workers during 2024 were documented. The recruitment period was also reduced by more than 40% compared to 2023, and 133,189 users benefited from the service transfer service.
In an effort to enhance the user experience and provide more flexible solutions, the platform launched more than 25 new services, most notably the contract insurance service, which exceeded 800,000 contracts with the participation of more than 10 insurance companies. Additionally, the platform launched a competitive airline ticket booking service, which helped reduce recruitment costs and shorten arrival times. The platform also introduced a service for interviewing support workers, allowing employers to select suitable workers, and provided various packages for renting support worker services, as well as developing the Musaned portal for private service.
As part of the Ministry's continuous efforts to improve service quality, the accommodation system was developed, and service transfers were made possible without the need for employer approval, in accordance with the regulations for improving the contractual relationship. The platform also launched training and qualification programs for support workers, including five training programs in various fields, in cooperation with 20 training centers, where a number of workers were trained during the pilot phase.
In the context of enhancing international cooperation and expanding the scope of recruitment, the number of countries sending support workers in 2024 increased to more than 30 countries. A maximum recruitment ceiling was also set for specific countries, such as Ethiopia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Kenya, Uganda, and the Philippines. The Ministry previously announced the addition of new countries to the list of available recruitment countries, including Tanzania and Gambia, bringing the total number of available countries to 32 worldwide.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development affirms its continued commitment to improving and developing its platforms, including the Musaned platform, which aims to develop the support labor sector in the Kingdom, and provide advanced digital services that contribute to facilitating procedures and improving the beneficiary experience, in line with the latest technologies and enhancing digital integration, to achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, to build an integrated digital society and provide distinguished government services that meet the needs of citizens and residents.
It is worth noting that the Musaned platform was launched as part of the Ministry's initiatives to develop the recruitment sector in the Kingdom, providing multiple services that contribute to improving the recruitment experience, addressing complaints and disputes that may arise between contracting parties, and ensuring their rights.
