Minister of Human Resources and Social Development Participates in the World Government Summit and Arab Government Administration Forum in Dubai

His Excellency, The Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmad bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, participated in the World Government Summit held in Dubai on February 11, 2025, under the theme "Shaping Future Governments." The summit brought together global leaders, decision-makers, and experts to explore innovative solutions to global challenges, foster international cooperation, and develop policies shaping the governments of the future.

The minister also took part in the "Future of Work" Forum, where he engaged with government officials and international experts in discussions on labor market transformations amid rapid economic and technological shifts. The forum addressed strategies for workforce development, the role of technology in enhancing productivity, and ways to align labor market needs with future trends.

On February 12, 2025, H.E. Eng. Al-Rajhi participated in the 4th Arab Government Administration Forum, held under the theme "Productivity in the Digital Age." He served as a keynote speaker in a panel discussion focusing on the opportunities presented by digital transformation and artificial intelligence to enhance public sector productivity. His discussion also highlighted automation, administrative process re-engineering, and reducing bureaucracy to boost institutional efficiency.

In his speech, the minister emphasized the importance of equipping government employees with digital skills, to keep pace with modern developments, and stressed the role of government leadership in fostering a culture of innovation and change.

The forum featured high-level discussions on public sector productivity in the era of digital transformation, with participation from Arab League representatives, ministers, and officials from the Arab Organization for Administrative Development.

It is noteworthy that the World Government Summit serves as an annual platform for anticipating the future of governance, leveraging technology and innovation to tackle global challenges.
