Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development Launches "Digital Inclusion" Service to Support Seniors and Persons with Disabilities in Social Security

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has launched the "Digital Inclusion" service, aimed at social security beneficiaries from the elderly and persons with disabilities. The new service allows beneficiaries to request assistance with social security registration without the need to visit ministry offices or endure long wait times. Through the Support and Protection Platform, applicants can create a new account and enter basic information, after which a dedicated team will contact them to complete the necessary procedures. This initiative aligns with the ministry’s commitment to enhancing the beneficiary experience by offering high-quality services that leverage the latest technologies, ensuring efficiency and flexibility in social service delivery.
