The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development has launched the "Digital Inclusion" service, aimed at social security beneficiaries from the elderly and persons with disabilities. This initiative seeks to streamline the application process for social security and enable easy access to services.

The new service allows beneficiaries to request assistance with social security registration without the need to visit ministry offices or endure long wait times. Through the Support and Protection Platform, applicants can create a new account and enter basic information, after which a dedicated team will contact them to complete the necessary procedures. This initiative aligns with the ministry’s commitment to enhancing the beneficiary experience by offering high-quality services that leverage the latest technologies, ensuring efficiency and flexibility in social service delivery.

The launch of "Digital Inclusion" is part of Saudi Vision 2030 objectives, which focus on improving the quality of life for social security beneficiaries, enhancing the services available to them, and increasing their integration into society. This initiative also reflects the ministry’s dedication to digital transformation in social services, ensuring that eligible groups can access support with ease and efficiency.
