Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development Wins Gold in the 7th King Abdulaziz Quality Award

The King Abdulazizuman Resources and Social Development (HRSD) has achieved a significant milestone by securing the Gold Level Award in the Government Sector category of the 7th King Abdulaziz Quality Award for 2024.

This prestigious award reflects the Ministry's commitment to excellence in institutional performance and its dedication to providing top-tier services to citizens and residents in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

His Excellency the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Eng. Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, highlighted that this achievement demonstrates the Ministry’s dedication to governance, performance optimization, and workplace excellence. He stated, "The Ministry has become a leading model in enhancing service quality and institutional excellence to serve all citizens and residents."

Assistant Minister for Shared Services and Social Development Sector, Ismail Al-Ghamdi, emphasized that this recognition is a result of the relentless efforts of the Ministry’s teams. "Our teams are committed to implementing the highest standards of quality and developing innovative strategies based on global best practices. This achievement will further strengthen the Ministry's role as a key partner in advancing sustainable development and institutional excellence," he noted.

The 7th cycle of the award saw intense competition among public and private entities, reflecting the growing emphasis on institutional quality and excellence across Saudi Arabia.
