The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development Detects 9 Recruitment Companies Violating Recruitment Practice Rules and Providing Labor Services

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced the application of legal penalties against 9 recruitment companies for violating recruitment practice rules and providing labor services by exceeding the maximum costs of transferring domestic labor through the Musaned platform, and obliging them to return the undue amounts to beneficiaries.

Article (65) of the Rules for Practicing Recruitment Activity and Providing Labor Services stipulates that the licensee must consider the amounts charged for mediation in recruitment or providing labor services or transferring services according to the ceilings set by the Ministry.

The Ministry explained that these measures come as part of its efforts to ensure the protection of employers' rights and enhance transparency in the recruitment sector, emphasizing that it will continue its regulatory efforts and take legal measures against violating establishments, urging everyone to report any violations observed by recruitment companies through the official channels of the Ministry.
