The Ministry concluded its participation in the Hajj Conference and Exhibition 2025, which was held under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques “May Allah protect him”, organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in partnership with DARP under the slogan "A Passage to Nusuk”. The event lasted for four days, with the participation of more than 300 local and international entities, reflecting the KSA's commitment to enhancing services for pilgrims and Umrah performers within the framework of Saudi Vision 2030.

During its participation, the Ministry showcased its diverse efforts to facilitate the journey of pilgrims and Umrah performers, providing integrated solutions focused on innovation and modern technologies. Through its pavilion, the Ministry also presented a comprehensive introduction to a range of field and digital services that contribute to improving the experience of Doyof Al Rahman. Among these services, the Ministry highlighted its digital platforms that facilitate the performance of Nusuks efficiently, including smart applications that combine reporting violations, family guidance, and donations through the "Tabarrah" platform, as part of the Ministry's adoption of the latest emerging technologies.

The participation was not limited to introducing services only but also extended to showcasing previous achievements. The Ministry highlighted its regulatory role, which extends from the moment pilgrims arrive in the KSA until their departure, providing an explanation of its services and initiatives, such as issuing temporary work visas for Hajj and Umrah, which are among the solutions that contribute to organizing seasonal work, supporting establishments, and improving their compliance with regulations.

The Ministry's pavilion attracted significant attention from visitors, including many dignitaries and various visitors who expressed their admiration for the innovative initiatives and services presented by the pavilion, which contribute to the comfort of pilgrims. The participation also included an introduction to private childcare centers that provide a safe and comfortable environment for the children of pilgrims, in addition to mobile clinics that offer a variety of services, including professional and health training and guidance.

On the sidelines of the conference, the Ministry presented two workshops that addressed the main aspects related to its services. The first workshop discussed daily childcare centers, highlighting the objectives of these centers, the beneficiary groups, and the mechanisms for obtaining licenses. The second workshop discussed digital solutions for organizing seasonal work, highlighting the role of the Ministry's "Ajeer" platform in providing and organizing seasonal work opportunities to support the needs of the Hajj season.

The Ministry's participation in this important event, which witnessed the attendance of more than 180,000 visitors, reflects its ongoing commitment to achieving the highest standards of service for Doyof Al Rahman. Last year, the Ministry successfully launched more than 40 initiatives, including the provision of 22 childcare centers in Mecca that received 177 children, issuance of more than 42,853 seasonal visas, and conduction of more than 4,000 field visits to raise compliance with labor regulations, ensuring the provision of excellent services to pilgrims and Umrah performers.

These efforts are part of Saudi Vision 2030, aimed at improving the Hajj and Umrah experience and providing services that meet the expectations of Doyof Al Rahman, reflecting the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development's active contribution to achieving this national goal in coordination with various relevant entities.
